Yes.
I use a couple of different polishing compounds. Mostly MeGuiars Scratch X or Turtle Wax.

Overall it's not a bad model car. I prefer this version over Guiloy. I just need to find handles for hood and trunk from Guiloy to fit them on this one.
I've seen your version. It is fantastic. I love what you did to the engine.

The Guiloy is to big ....for me

The jouer is in better proportion

I hope That CMC Will do it ...one day

I'm still trying to find the one made by Guiloy, because it has a different roof, hood and a few other things.
