Spirit Modelcar

A while ago, I bought a damage 458 Speciale of BBR and a nice object for restoration.

The body was broken in three pieces and a few cracks.
I wanted to give it a new colour even the inside so, there's a lot of work to do.













Cleaning the body:







Gluing the broken parts:





Sanding the body:









Primer:









After painting (cream/ivory) making stripes from decals.
First alu-colour and then black.







And then a few layers of clear.













I had to paint also some small parts:







The interior was brown, I did not like this colour.
I made a combination of bordeaux with black.











Polishing time:







And then comes a time to put everything together again.

So, box can be closed and is for sale now!

But in real 1/1, you can order all this colours on your new 458 Speciale at your local Ferrari dealer!

Today I was at a model-event here in the Netherlands and I brought this model with me.
I opened the box, put the model down and....................sold it with in one minute!
So, it was my lucky day today!!
