A few months ago I bought a damage LaFerrari from BBR.
I don't know what you all think of the quality of BBR nowadays, but it is really bad.
Especially the models witch comes from China, they only think of producing more and more.
All models you can buy in every colour of the rainbow and they are all "limited editions".
For example this model, this was a limited edition of 10, for the money you will expect a perfect model, but no.
The whole bottom does not fit at all and it was screwed with force and totally wrong to the leather bottom.
You know what the postman do with our models, they throw with them and then the models will explode due the wrong montage.
So I bought the model for a few euro's to rebuild it.
I glued everything back in place and rebuild the bottom totally, because nothing was fitting normally
I gave it a new colour and build it up again.
The interior and engine room I painted all in matt clear paint.
The frontspoiler was broken at a few places, I restored it and gave it new carbon decals, the backside I redid too with same carbon decals.
Repaired the frontwheel and painted all the wheels in same colour.
Weathered the brakes and put some rivets in for more realism.
Instead of a black stripe on the body I painted it red, I like something different.
So, box can be closed and is for sale again.
Thanks for watching,
John

Thank you guys, and you are right about the colour.
The LaFerrari in red is only nice, when it is totally red, without black or carbon roof.

Very good job. From BBR it's scandalous !
